Primary Responsibilities: Negotiating and drafting Master Services Agreements and Global Framework Agreements with Customers and Partners as well as other complex contractual arrangements supporting the provision of a diverse range of products and services; Advising on public sector tenders and RFP responses Support drafting, negotiation, and review of technology-related contracts, including software licensing agreements, technology development agreements, and SaaS agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in technology transactions and product launches. Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
