Job Summary: You will be responsible for supporting and advising business partners, managers, and employees on country-specific labour laws and HR-related processes within the UK People Services and Country Advice department. Skills required:- Education: Degree qualified in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, or a related field. o Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience within a UK Shared Service Centre or multinational environment. o Proven expertise in UK employment law, whistleblowing case procedures, and HR compliance. o Strong experience in handling employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
