Supporting the Head of Payroll you will be responsible for managing a small team, providing accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring full compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring a professional who can manage a complex payroll, handle sensitive data with integrity, and act as the go-to expert for payroll-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Company's end-to-end in-house payroll and pensions service, operating with high levels of accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance and governance. Complete monthly payroll schedules for, net pay, pension, HMRC for the reconciliation of control accounts, identify and resolve any issues or outstanding balances which occur Manage the Company's pension schemes, including the LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme), NEST and other defined contribution schemes.
