We're looking for an experienced and driven Shared Service Manager - Systems, Support & Control to join a busy Revenues & Benefits service shared between two local authorities. This is a key senior post responsible for managing critical systems, IT functions, controls and service support - helping to ensure effective administration of Council Tax, Housing Benefit, Business Rates, and all related statutory functions.
