Your new role As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of commercial properties. Your core focus will be on: Preparing service charge year-end accounts and ensuring timely reconciliations Supporting the production of annual service charge budgets Performing bank and cash reconciliations Maintaining and reconciling control accounts Managing the tenant ledger, including allocations, adjustments, and resolving discrepancies Supporting internal reporting and liaising with property and asset management teams You'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the portfolio. This varied role will entail traditional budgeting and forecasting, paired with business partnering and exposure across its sizeable EMEA regions.
