This is a fantastic role for a confident and motivated chef looking to work in a dynamic environment that combines high-volume staff dining with premium hospitality and fine dining events . The Role As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional food offering across multiple services. From busy retail counters to plated fine dining and high-end hospitality, you'll support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards and running a smooth and efficient kitchen. Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations across both staff dining and hospitality Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all food offerings Assist with menu creation, preparation, and service delivery Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members Help manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen administration Adapt quickly to varying volumes and client expectations The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, professional kitchen and brings both creativity and structure to their role.
