Parts Supervisor Location: Abingdon Salary: 34,000 OTE Driving Licence Required: Yes The Role We are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a busy parts department within a well-established dealership. This position is key to ensuring smooth operations, supporting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers. Main responsibilities include: Managing stock levels and ensuring efficient parts supply for workshop jobs Overseeing pre-picking and workflow management Supervising clothing and merchandise presentation within the dealership Supporting e-commerce operations, including the fulfilment of online orders for parts, clothing, and accessories This is a varied role that combines operational leadership with customer-facing retail duties.
