What you'll do: Investigate and resolve technical issues with vehicle-mounted safety systems in the field Collaborate with engineering, customer support and installation teams to evaluate product performance Coordinate field trials, installations and product testing activities Document installation procedures, FAQs and manuals with input from subject matter experts Track product updates, log issues and improvements, and support change control Support the Senior Product Manager in all phases of the product lifecycle, including product introductions and product support About You: We're looking for someone who has already had exposure to a technical or engineering environment, such as: A graduate in engineering, electronics, or a technology field A time-served apprentice or someone from a technical support, field engineering, or installations background Someone working in product documentation, customer technical support, or QA/testing roles in a manufacturing or tech setting You'll need to demonstrate: Curiosity and passion for how products work and can be improved Strong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written) Confidence in dealing with customers, installers, engineers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with technical systems such as camera units, sensors, or telematics is helpful but not essential This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to step into a product-focused path - you'll gain structured exposure to product development, problem-solving and cross-functional communication in a real-world engineering business.
