Interim Head of Finance - Pharmaceutical Business Your new company I am currently working with an established and listed pharmaceutical company with headquarters in London who are renowned for creating exciting therapies. The company has a presence in other parts of the world, including France, Germany and Japan. Your new role As an interim head of finance, you will be in charge of managing a team of 5 qualified direct reports as well as business partnering with exec and c-suite level individuals. You will also be responsible for driving business planning, financial reporting and ensuring that the business' objectives are met. The overall team size is 12, and you will be reporting to the European Finance Director. What you'll need to succeed The business is looking to hire an industry-trained qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with a proven track record of people management, business partnering and ability to communicate business goals and strategies. Experience within the pharmaceutical sector is desirable but not essential. Speaking a European language (French or German) is also desirable.
