Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment. Ensure food is covered and stored correctly to minimise waste and comply with health and safety requirements Record food waste accurately Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery. Comply with legal and business requirements and maintain an excellent standard of health and safety, fire safety and general hygiene and report any health and safety issues to line managers Undertake all necessary training in line with industry regulations and maintain the highest standard of food hygiene and health and safety practices ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES 2 years previous experience in a similar role Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
