About the Opportunity: - The client is currently seeking an IT Core Infrastructure 3rd Line Engineer/Hybrid Network Support Administrator to provide expert-level technical support across multiple sites. About the Role - On a daily basis, you will work with infrastructure, applications support and deskside support colleagues to provide infrastructure support for all group core and non-core IT systems, including user management, system upgrades, patching, releases, and fault resolution. About the Role Requirements: - You will need to build and manage Windows Servers, Configure Cisco Switches and Routers, set and monitor backup routines, configure Firewalls, and provide 3rd Line Support, Automation of daily tasks where necessary and resolve complex issues. About the Technical Skills Required: Cisco networking, Firewalls, Windows Server, AD, Virtualisation, Microsoft 365 as well as Azure, Intune, IP Telephony, PowerShell, SCCM and Intune. About You - The ideal candidate will hold Cisco CCNA and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications and have experience working in an enterprise environment as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
