Longer reports can be dictated and compiled by other personnel if necessary. Property Manager This role is a pivotal position. The main focus is the issues surrounding property maintenance, property management and deposit resolution at the end of the tenancy. It requires a special talent to keep both the landlord and tenant 'on side . For example, sometimes a tenant can get quite stressed when there is a relatively minor delay on the repair of a washing machine etc. At the same time, there is the occasional landlord who may need to be pushed to spend money on his property. The person who will fulfil this role successfully will need to have all of the skills listed previously. The job can often be very demanding. The successful applicant will also have the ability to build excellent long-term relationships with our landlords; most of whom are professionals.
