Head Chef

Head Chef, EC4 London, £55k Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and create exciting modern and on trend food for every day dining as well as a busy hospitality/events department.

As the Head Chef, you will be

• Leading a team of 7 producing fresh seasonal food
• Creating a menu based on modern, on trend concepts with an Asian influence
• Producing authentic Chinese cuisine as required
• Cooking for the busy staff dining as well as hospitality and events
• Helping to drive the business and food offer forward

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:

• A strong Head Chef with a stable proven work history
• Passion for food, hospitality and customer service
• Up to date knowledge with food trends and ability to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity
• A knowledge of authentic Chinese food and flavours
• Financial awareness
• Enthusiasm, positivity and a friendly, can do approach
