Facilities Manager

Head of Facilities

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a membership organisation based in Victoria to source a Head of Facilities to oversee the management of their office on a temporary basis of 3 to 4 months.

Duties:

• NEBOSH or IOSH and a good knowledge of current H&S legislation
• Lead and manage the facilities team of 5 people as well as contractors and liaise with other key stakeholders
• Experience of strategic and operational planning
• Experience of M&E maintenance e.g, lifts, boilers, plant, auto-doors
• Experience of building project management through specification, tender, appointment and contractor management
• Experience in identifying budgets and prioritising works
• Experience required in risk management
• Proven track record in managing a property portfolio
• Experienced in fire safety

Skills and abilities needed:

• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Additional Information

• Paying between 50,000 - 60,000
• 5 days a week on site
