Electrical Project Manager to join their delivery team on high-profile
commercial projects across Central London, working directly with Tier 1 principal contractors.
Role Overview You will manage the electrical scope for projects valued around
£5-15 million, delivered under D&B frameworks and aligned to Tier 1 main contractor standards. You're expected to:
- Take full ownership from pre-construction through to handover
- Interface confidently with Tier 1 principal contractor teams
- Drive programme, quality, and safety to meet key milestones and compliance targets
- Lead electrical teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure seamless coordination with wider M&E delivery
- Manage project reporting, control variations, and support commercial outcomes
- Maintain high client and stakeholder satisfaction through professional delivery
Who You Are - Established experience working with Tier 1 contractors on commercial fit-out or building services projects in London
- Proven track record of delivering electrical packages in D&B environments
- Strong communicator confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and site teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and cost-conscious, adept at solving on-site challenges promptly
