Details Title: Technical Lead Rate: 350 - 400 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: Interim Location: South London Key Duties: Be the responsible person for HHSRS and Technical related queries in delivery of a Stock Condition Surveyor programme within the Property Services department of a local authority. Understanding of HHSRS and Structural assessments. Recognise patterns and quality of information as well as be the accountable person for quality of delivery through contract management and internal / external stakeholder engagement. Manage on site team for quality assurance. Management of work flow and deliver to contractual obligations. Remain consistent and communicate effectively, produce updates and progress reports as required. Experience Required: Must hold a relevant qualification (Surveying, HHSRS, Building Studies) Holds experience in a similar role for circa 5 years Social housing experience.
