R&D Manager Chemicals / Inorganic Materials
Our client develop and manufacture a variety of inorganic derived additives and materials for use in a variety of applications, they are actively looking for a Research and Development Manager
Duties for this role will include :
- Managing a small team of R&D Chemists working on product development and process scale up projects
- Developing new products for existing and novel applications
- Driving innovation within the team, leading by example in a hands on capacity
- Understanding technology advancements in light / photosensitive compounds , enabling development of new ideas for company R&D
- Developing and approving analytical / physical testing methodologies
Applications are invited from candidates with a MSc / PhD in Inorganic Chemistry / Material Science, together with previous suitable skills and experience
