Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge Join a highly successful Residential Main Contractor with an impressive turnover exceeding £100 million, and be part of a growing team delivering high-quality residential projects across London and the South East.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a new-build residential scheme comprising 40 flats in South London. This is a key role offering the autonomy to manage the commercial aspects of the project, with a clear progression path into a Managing Surveyor position.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all quantity surveying activities from procurement to final account

Work closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure cost efficiency

Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and valuations

Report on project financial performance

Ensure all commercial functions are delivered in line with company and project requirements
What We re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential new build sector

Experience working for a main contractor (residential preferred)

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple aspects of the commercial process independently

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
