Hotel General Manager job in Birmingham, Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally someone with relevant GM experience, although a strong Deputy Manager with relatable experience could also be considered, due to a good support network in place for the venue.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, forecasting and budgeting.
• Hands-on leader with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with team and senior stakeholders alike.
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of marketing and sales and a good understanding of environmental health and food safety.
