Part-time Phlebotomist

Our client is seeking a trained Phlebotomist to join their busy GP surgery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a professional and reassuring service to patients during blood collection

• Following infection prevention and control protocols at all times
• Ensuring accurate and safe collection, labelling, and handling of blood samples
• Maintaining clear and accurate patient records and documentation
• Preparing and dealing with samples in accordance with practice and laboratory procedures

• Requirements:
• Previous phlebotomy training and experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Hours can be flexible, anything between 3 and 5 mornings.
