GRADUATE ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT - COLCHESTER - 24,000 to 28,000 + Benefits

A specialist acoustic consultancy is looking for a motivated GRADUATE ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to join its expanding team in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, ideally from an Acoustical Engineering background, to begin a rewarding career in consultancy and gain exposure to a wide range of building acoustics, environmental noise, and infrastructure projects.

As a GRADUATE ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you will assist senior colleagues with site surveys, noise monitoring, acoustic modelling, and the preparation of high-quality technical reports. You'll receive full training and mentoring, with support towards IOA membership and structured career development.

We are seeking a GRADUATE ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with:

• A degree in Acoustical Engineering, Acoustics, Physics, or a related subject

• Strong interest in noise and vibration control, building acoustics, and environmental assessments

• Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

This Colchester-based role offers a 24,000 to 28,000 salary, hybrid working options, pension scheme, CPD support, and a clear progression route to Consultant level.
