Location:London
Salary: Up to 55,000 DOE
I'm seeking an experienced Estimator to join a leading specialist in architectural metalwork. Based in London, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in pricing and securing high-profile projects across the capital.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing accurate cost estimates for structural steel and architectural metalwork packages.
Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Liaising with clients, architects, and project teams.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams to secure profitable projects.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Estimator in metalwork/structural steel.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
