Job Overview
Simon Acres recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a well-established merchant as a Driver.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Make deliveries of products to customers.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the warehouse as required, Loading / Unloading.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a merchant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of everyday merchant products is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
