Support ESG Impact Within a Leading Fresh Produce Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ESG Analyst to join a successful and forward-thinking Fresh Produce Group that places high value on sustainability and responsible sourcing.

This business has made significant investment into its ESG strategy and is looking for a detail-driven analyst to support its ongoing commitment to transparent, ethical, and measurable progress.

Role Overview

This position will play a key role in delivering group-wide ESG initiatives by managing and analysing environmental, social, and governance data. The successful candidate will help track performance, ensure compliance, and identify areas for continuous improvement across a global supply chain.

ESG Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ESG data collection and analysis from teams and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on ESG KPIs, Net Zero, and sourcing targets
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
  • Develop tools for supply chain mapping and data gathering
  • Ensure data accuracy and promote continuous improvement
  • Deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support ESG framework compliance (GRI, TCFD, CSRD, etc.)
  • Contribute to risk and materiality assessments
  • Track ESG regulations and share key updates
  • Assist with benchmarking and external disclosures

ESG Analyst Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Confident communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
