Production Manager
Birmingham
£50,000 + Discretionary bonus
Monday - Friday
This isn t a Production Manager job for someone who wants to sit in an office moving coloured boxes around on Excel.
This is for someone who thrives when the goalposts move. Because they do here. Often.
You ll be in a business that changes direction quickly. Which means one day you ll be sorting out staffing headaches, the next you ll be working out how to improve line efficiency, and the day after that you ll be helping the Ops Director plan for growth.

Your team will look to you for answers. Sometimes you won t have them. But you ll be good enough with people to work it out together. You ll coach, develop, and stretch them so they don t just hit today s targets they re ready for tomorrow s as well.
Continuous Improvement isn t a slogan here. It s the oxygen. Things will only get better if you make them better. So, if you ve led CI projects that stuck, not just ones that looked good on PowerPoint, you ll be in demand.
This role isn t narrow. You ll touch lots of areas in the factory. You ll be versatile. And you ll be trusted to make a dent.
