Recruiter Talent Manager No Business Development Needed

Location: Hybrid (after probation) £30,000 + Commission £60k OTE Monday Friday, 9am 5pm

The Role: Recruitment Consultant (No Business Development)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you ll focus purely on candidate engagement no cold calling or new business required. You ll be the bridge between great people and great opportunities, offering candidates an outstanding recruitment journey from first contact to placement and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and nurture a network of trusted candidates and referrals.
• Proactively identify talent using recruitment platforms and social media.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our internal system.
• Conduct video interviews and prepare polished candidate profiles.
• Guide candidates and clients through the hiring journey.
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
• Collaborate on content and boost your online presence.

The Recruitment Consultant Package

• £30,000 base + commission £60k OTE
• 25 days + bank holidays
• Hybrid Working: Offered post-probation
• Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
• Laptop and mobile phone provided
• 100% recruitment-focused role no Business Development needed
