I am currently recruiting on behalf of an expanding Chartered Financial Planning practice in Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Financial Planner, to service and develop an established client bank, with £30 - 60 million AUM of clients to assign, dependent upon how much oversight or direct advising the successful individual wants to take on.
For the right person, you would have the potential to progress to Director level and obtain equity within the business. In addition to an excellent basic salary of between £ (subject to experience), you would have the ability to earn bonus upto another £50,000, together with growth shares being available based on retaining clients following the departure of a current senior adviser.
