Our client situated in Sale is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support with typing of documents
A prestigious law firm with over 250 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their residential property team on a temporary basis.

What You'll Do:
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading partner.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents with precision.
- Audio dictation
- Managing correspondence and maintaining organised filing systems and updating records on Proclaim
- Assisting Partner with general support
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within residential property / real estate law
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Proclaim
