We're representing a growing city centre based creative agency who are looking for a Senior Creative to lead the delivery of impactful design work across brand, print, digital, packaging, and environmental platforms. While digital and UX/UI experience is a bonus, this role is about more than pixels, it's for a thinker and a maker who thrives on delivering work that's both strategically sound and visually stunning.
The role will involve: - Leading creative concepts from brief to final execution across multiple formats.
- Translating brand strategy into impactful, audience-focused design.
- Producing assets including campaign visuals, websites, email templates, and print materials.
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to maintain creative integrity.
- Maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Creating storyboards and visual assets for video content.
- Designing intuitive layouts, wireframes, and interfaces.
We're looking for someone with: - A strong, varied portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual design.
- 5+ years' agency or professional design experience.
- Adobe Creative Suite and Figma expertise.
- Basic motion skills (After Effects).
- Strong UI/UX design ability.
- Confidence presenting ideas to clients and teams.
- Proven brand execution skills across digital, print, and environmental media.
- Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
