Basic Salary - 50K- 65K OTE

An award-winning Car Dealership in the Romford area is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. The ideal Service Manager will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be a motivator and leader to the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Motivate workshop of 6 Technicians to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of experience in a Service Manager or Senior Service role within the Motor Industry essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
