Production Operative

RE Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative to join their client in Andoversford.

This is a temporary to permanent role (12 Weeks through agency) that includes the manual loading and unloading of base mixtures to produce their wide range of products that are used in a variety of different Manufacturing environments across the world.

Core duties and responsibilties:

• Manual Handling up to 20Kg
• Diligent following of production process to ensure quality of finished product
• Achieving realistic daily production targets to meet demand
• Quality checking finished product to ensure suitable for end customer.
• Some use of Manual Handling equipment to assist with the loading and making of the product.
• Building pallets of finished product and safely storing stock for future orders.
• Following Health & Safety procedures to ensure 5s standards are maintained and achieved.

Due to the location of the company, having access to your own form of transport to commute is crucial.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday

08:30 - 16:30

£12.21 per hour increasing to £13.00 after successful completion of "Temp to Perm" period (12 Weeks)
