We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our busy manufacturing site in Coventry. This is a newly created role giving you the chance to take ownership of quality processes and make a real impact from day one.

You'll lead all aspects of site quality from reviewing processes, reducing waste and managing non-conformance, to driving improvements against ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001). It's a hands-on role where you directly shape standards, efficiency, and performance across the business.

It's important to stress that we are NOT looking for someone from a food or aerospace background, its completely different.

What skills does the perfect person have need?

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager within manufacturing (5+ years)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 desirable).
• Strong people skills able to influence and engage at every level.
• Practical, detail-focused approach with lean manufacturing know-how.
• Based locally to Coventry.
