Role Overview:

My client are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role combining sales, client relationship management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Support the hospital team with administrative tasks
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings
  • Proactively drive sales through outbound calls, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective clients to support business growth
  • Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing engagements

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting sales leads
  • Proven experience in a sales team or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Capable of managing multiple client relationships and prioritising workload effectively
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare industry through qualification or work
