Overview: Chef Trainer
Do you have a wide variety of experience as a Chef and are looking for more work/life balance? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Chef who enjoys training and instructing, passing their knowledge onto the next generation of Chef professionals.
This is a full-time, permanent position WFH (working from home). Learners are located in Crawley and the surrounding area.
You must have a background in cooking from scratch and at least 3 years' experience in a Chef position in an independent hotel or restaurant (at least 3 years Chef de Partie level for example) to be considered for this position.
Chef Trainer: Salary and Expenses
Purpose of the role: Chef Trainer
Once qualified (TAQA and AET), you will be managing a caseload of Chef learners (mixture of Level 2 - Level 4) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Chef apprenticeship qualifications.
Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.
