An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Property Solicitor to join a busy local government legal team. The role will involve providing high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant issues, and general property management.
You will be expected to:

• Manage a varied caseload of property transactions and related matters.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to officers and stakeholders.
• Draft, negotiate, and complete property-related documents and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with property law experience.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant, commercial, and residential property matters.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
