This role is built for someone who thrives on technical work but also enjoys sharing their knowledge, guiding others, and shaping how things are done.
You ll still be deep in the detail - building cases, solving complex problems, supporting expert advisers, but you ll also have the chance to mentor junior colleagues and influence the way the team grows.
About the package: - Salary up to £45,000 DOE
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 years and 30 after 5
- Support to progress professional qualifications such as Chartered
- Hybrid working: up to 2 days remote per week
- Mon Fri, 9am 5pm with 1-hour lunch
What you bring: - Around 3 4 years paraplanning experience under your belt
- Ideally a Level 4 Diploma already achieved and eager to move onto Chartered.
