Supervisor - Social Housing - Repairs

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £27 per hour
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join our team based out of Finsbury Park. This is a crucial, fast-paced role managing a team of tradespeople on a social housing contract, ensuring all reactive repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of multi-trade operatives, providing technical guidance and support.

Allocate reactive repair jobs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Liaise with tenants, clients, and your team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor progress, track job statuses, and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure all work is carried out in strict accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Reactive or Repairs Supervisor, ideally within the social housing sector.

A strong background in a relevant trade.

SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A valid UK driving license is required.
