A confidential opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This Associate Director position is based in Leeds, joining an established and growing team delivering high-quality surveying services across a broad range of commercial and residential projects.
You ll be stepping into a senior role with real responsibility leading projects, building client relationships, and playing a key part in expanding the team s regional presence. You ll also have the backing of a high-performing office with a strong pipeline of instructions.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver a variety of building surveying commissions across sectors
- Carry out building surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations
- Manage contract administration, project delivery and feasibility work
- Act as Principal Designer under CDM where required
- Support fee generation through existing and new client relationships
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
Requirements: - MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
- Proven experience in professional and project work
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
