About You The role requires you to have proven skills and experience in the following areas: Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) and previous experience in advising customers on mortgage and protection products. You will be self-motivated and used to working in a home-based role and dealing with estate agents. You'll have been a top performer in a leading mortgage brokerage. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers and more senior individuals. A good understanding of the mortgage and protection markets and to be able to demonstrate a passion for the sector. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to overcome challenges.
