What you'll be doing:

• Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence.
• Working predominantly on the shop floor, you'll be a brand ambassador, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
• Taking the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships.
• Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand, demonstrating in depth product knowledge.
• Ensuring exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store at all times.
• Visual merchandising to showcase the brand and drive performance.
• Delivering sales & KPI's in store through the team.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer - driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
• Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Processing deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

• You will have retail experience as well as a real passion for fashion.
• Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service.
• Your excellent communication and people skills will enable you to deal confidently with customers and the store team.
