Location: Northampton
Salary: 14.73 - 15.33 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, Rotational Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established printing company in Northampton who are seeking a Machine Operator to join their production team on a permanent basis.

• Operating slitting machines to support production requirements.

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Supporting with end-of-line packing duties as required.

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the production process.

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

• Previous hands-on experience with machinery or within a production environment is highly desirable.

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00).

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

• Competitive hourly rate ( 14.73 - 15.33 depending on experience).
