Supervising Social Worker / Senior Supervising Social WorkerSalary: £32,000 - £40,000

Our client, a small and family-friendly independent fostering agency based in Bristol, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker or Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their supportive and close-knit team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive environment with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. You'll receive therapeutic training and have the chance to work mainly from home while enjoying the benefits of being part of a small, child-focused agency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small caseload of foster carers across Bristol and Gloucestershire
• Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
• Contribute to the therapeutic model of care and ongoing development of the service

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience
• Experience in fostering and a strong understanding of current legislation
• Ideally experience within a therapeutic environment
