• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard across a variety of services

• Run your own section efficiently and maintain kitchen best practices

• Support senior chefs with menu prep and service delivery

• Follow all food safety, health & hygiene regulations

• Work collaboratively as part of a well-organised and friendly team

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen

• Experience in high-volume or contract catering environments is a plus

• A positive attitude and team spirit

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum)
