Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to take the lead in driving multi-level communication, engagement across a broad range of stakeholder groups; revitalizing the Planning and Control function within Civil Aerospace procurement. This role is pivotal in aligning communication materials, driving standardisation, and ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Planning Specialist will support the SIOP transformation by leading the programme's communication strategy and developing clear, engaging material. The role ensures all functional groups and organisational levels understand the change journey, remain engaged, and feel connected to the transformation goals.
