Location: Gateshead

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

• 37 hours per week (Monday Thursday).
• Overtime available:
  • Friday at 1.3x pay
  • Saturday at 1.5x pay

We are looking for a Time-served Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established business.

The Job:

• Build and fit mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and larger components.
• Work from engineering drawings.
• Travel abroad from time to time to support service work (once trained and competent).
• Keep work to high quality and safety standards.

What You Need:

• Time-served fitter with solid workshop experience.
• Able to assemble and build accurately.
• Team player, reliable, and able to use own initiative.
• Happy to travel when needed.
