Location: Denton

Hours: Full-Time or Part Time , Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

We're on the lookout for a confident, driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team here at Pickles Recruitment. If you've got the gift of the gab, love building relationships, and can spot a sales opportunity a mile off - this could be right up your street.
What you'll be doing:
  • Making business-to-business sales calls (new and existing clients).
  • Building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
  • Promoting our recruitment services and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Working towards targets - and smashing them.
  • Keeping everything logged and up to date on our system.
What we need from you:
  • Strong track record in B2B telephone sales.
  • Recruitment industry experience? Brilliant. If not, similar industries will be considered.
  • Proven history of hitting targets.
  • Confident communicator with great people skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
