We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join a long-term social housing project in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for consistent work with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitting flat-lay vinyl with welds
Installing Polysafe anti-slip floor tiles
Latex/prep work to ensure subfloor readiness
Working across both tenanted and void properties
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness
Requirements:
Proven experience in social housing floor laying
Skilled in flat-lay vinyl and welds
Experience with Polysafe anti-slip flooring
Competent in floor prep including latexing
Own tools, PPE, and vehicle
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
