The Role
Assisting with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and completion statements
Managing pre- and post-completion formalities, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, and third parties
Supporting solicitors and partners with case management and administrative tasks
About You
Previous experience as a Property Paralegal, ideally within a recognised law firm
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law procedures
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
