The Role - Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

  • Deliver tailored whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
  • Manage applications from first enquiry through to completion.
  • Attend employee benefit events to provide in-person consultations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, introducers, and partner companies.
  • Refer protection cases to in-house specialists, earning referral commission.

  • Minimum 18 months' experience as a whole-of-market Mortgage Advisor / Broker.
  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Solid knowledge of UK mortgage products and compliance.
  • Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for partner events and client meetings.
