Export Sales Manager - Leisure Marine

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex (with international travel)
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 (up to £50,000+ for exceptional candidates) + £6,000 bonus

Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the marine world? We re looking for an Export Sales Manager to grow international sales for a leading UK manufacturer in the leisure marine sector.

What you ll do:

• Develop and grow sales with distributors and OEM customers across Europe and beyond.
• Build strong relationships through regular customer visits, training, and support.
• Identify new opportunities and represent the company at international shows.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while shaping future growth.

What we re looking for:

• Proven B2B sales experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
• Confidence in planning and managing overseas trips ( 30% travel).
• Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
• Leisure marine experience even as a sailor or water sports enthusiast would be a big plus.
